We have an immediate need for an Architect with experience working on Residential additions and remodels to join a well-established Design-Build Firm in the Bay Area, CA. Requirements / Responsibilities of this Architect opportunity includes:
- 5+ years experience in residential renovation/ remodel and additions
- Licensure is not required, but strongly preferred
- Proven experience with all phases of the design and documentation process using Revit
- Capable of working on 5-10 projects at one time
- Capable of traveling 15% - 25% in the Bay Area
- Local candidates are preferred, would relocate for the right candidate
Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate on experience
