As an emerging Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Professional in Hillsboro, OR. who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.   

 

By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. You’ll interface with factory engineers and managers of operations to coordinate construction within our facilities and manage the daily activities of a client and contractor workforce. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.  You’ll be surrounded by expert mentorship opportunities to help you thrive in your new career.  

 

You will be able to read, analyze, interpret and speak to engineering blueprints and project documents.  Well versed with all phases of a construction project life cycle.  Well-rounded understanding of the relationship between Scope, Schedule and Budget in regard to construction projects. Able to identify the critical path of a project and generate a Work-Breakdown-Structure. Can align and mediate all project stakeholders on project priorities, milestones, deliverables, and status. Takes ownership of projects to ensure scope is completed to the highest degree of quality, financial margins and schedule advancement.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

•Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

•2 years in Semi-Conductor Industry or high-tech construction industry

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

•Engineer in Training (EIT) 

•Experience in the Semi-Conductor Industry

•Ability to read and Interpret Engineering Schematics and design prints
