The ideal candidate will have strong site planning experience and have knowledge in dealing with government officials at the county and city levels. You’ll be handling proposals, site plans, managing deadlines, and working with the government officials on entitlements.
 

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Landscape Architect opportunity includes:
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture required
• Florida registration preferred, or ability to obtain in 1 year
• 5+ years experience in Landscape Architecture and Site Planning
• Experience working with government officials.
• Strong AutoCAD and Photoshop skills
• Ability to manage projects, clients, and junior staff

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and benefits. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, healthcare coverage employer pays 80%, 401k with company match up to 3%, three weeks PTO, major holidays off, and end of year discretionary bonuses.
