Summary:
 
Symphony Talent is seeking a hands-on Product Manager who will be part of the Leadership Team that drives the creation of a state-of-the-art Global Recruitment Management Platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for mapping competitive offerings, determining key parity features and differentiators, determining the product roadmap basis market understanding, grooming features and managing the development process with the Engineering teams. The Product manager will also be responsible for driving User Experience and will facilitate seamless interaction between the UI/UX and Engineering teams.  
 
 
About the role
 
Your key tasks and accountabilities:
  • Help formulate, define and execute product strategy and vision for multiple products within the Symphony Talent portfolio
  • Create buy-in for the product vision with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Generate new ideas that will help differentiate the product and add tremendous value to recruiters and candidates
  • Act as an advocate for the customer, internal stakeholders and business partners as it relates to product issues and improvements.
  • Define the Product Backlog and presents business justification for prioritization of backlog items. If required create features, product requirements, epics and stories
  • Clearly communicates business objectives and requirements for the product requirements
  • Work closely with the UI/UX and Development Teams to ensure Product Delivery is in line with Product Vision
  • Maintain a high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Draw on analytical and quantitative skills, using hard data
  
Requirements
 
Your key experiences and qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Significant and demonstrable industry experience in managing product for candidate management and recruitment marketing
  • Experience managing products and/or projects and driving projects from inception through delivery..
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent.
  • Strategic analysis/creative problem solving and business judgment are required
