We are seeking an experienced systems engineer to support multiple programs, develop a more robust systems engineering cadre, and lead our model-based system engineering development. The successful candidate will be self-driven, an excellent communicator, have a penchant for mentoring, and have a strong background in model-based engineering in industry applications. The position will support multiple clients, primarily government.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science in an engineering field
- 12+ years experience in systems engineering application
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in model based system engineering
- Demonstrated successful experience in systems engineering across multiple industry leaders
- Demonstrated successful experience in Cameo
- Demonstrated successful experience developing solutions architectures
- Demonstrated successful experience in requirements management
- US Citizen and must be able to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will
bring many of the following:
- Masters of Science in an engineering field
- 20+ years experience in systems engineering application
- Demonstrated strong verbal communicator
- Demonstrated successful experience with digital thread/digital twin
- Passionate about mentoring the next generation of system engineers
- Strong team player
- Experience supporting programs for DoD, DoE, and other government agencies
- Software development experience
