Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the construction/engineering industry. The Program Development & Delivery Manager is responsible for assuring delivery of the Capital Improvement and Preservation Program within scope, schedule, and budget along with scoping future program needs to build the Highway Construction Program budget. In addition, this position is responsible for managing the development of all future Olympic Region (OR) biennial Highway Construction Programs (HCP). The HCP consists of those transportation projects in the six-year program to be accomplished by the OR. As the Program Development & Delivery Manager you will directly affect the overall ability of the Olympic Region (OR) delivering programs and projects successfully; thereby, supporting an extremely vital means of transportation and the economic success of the region.
