We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager who has experience with high-end residential ground-up and renovation / remodel to join a reputable general contractor for projects throughout Los Angeles, California. Do you have experience working with a high-end clientele in the greater Los Angeles area? Are you able to manage multi-million dollar construction projects and help bring some of the wildest concepts and ideas to life for some of LA’s Elite?
Responsibilities / Requirements for this Construction Project Manager opportunity includes:
- 5+ years’ progressive experience working in ground-up construction for custom builds
- Proven history of maintaining site records such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.
- Efficient management and coordination of scheduling, budget, materials, and staff for multiple project sites.
- Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness according to California state OSHA standards
- Ability to be on-site and client-facing to ensure quality standards are met
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
