Job Responsibilities:-
 Creating a strong roadmap for the team.
 Building, leading and mentoring a team of expert engineers.
 Working closely with the engineering team to get things shipped.
 Acting as a role model for the team.
 Actively participating in design and code reviews and be ready to do code contributions.
Skills & Experience:
 8-12 Years of total relevant experience.
 2-3 years of experience leading a team of ~10 people.
 Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
 Deep understanding of the DOM, Browser Events, Javascript APIs, Canvas rendering, etc.
 Deep understanding of how the browsers work.
 Strong understanding of Web Performance Optimization.
 Passion to stay up to date with the constantly evolving world of front-end development.
