Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a Control Systems Engineering Manager who has experience with industrial automation systems to join a reputable company in their Silicon Valley, CA office.

Do you have a background in PLC/HMI/SCADA-based hardware and software? Can you lead a world-class automation engineering team through complex, large-scale control systems projects ensuring productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and company objectives?

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Control System Engineering Manager opportunity includes:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology
10 years of experience planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of complex, large scale control systems projects
Strong understanding of building automation, commissioning, or mechanical systems
Experience with building automation, installation, and commissioning scope within a construction environment.
Experience working in chilled water plants, boiler plants, wastewater plants, power generation and distribution plants, pharmaceutical and chemical plants, industrial HVAC Applications, or other types of thermodynamic and fluid processing facilities
Demonstrated team management, mentorship, and leadership experience.

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000+ per year, commensurate with experience + Bonuses!
