Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with a background in custom machine building and process development for OEM Manufacturer needs? Have you designed custom machinery, tooling, fixtures, and jigs for sheet metal stamping purposes?
 

Requirements / Responsibilities for this Sr. Manufacturing Engineer opportunity includes:
 

• Must have at least 10 years of direct experience with sheet metal stamping, design, and fabrication.
• Custom Machine Building experience is required.
• Will be responsible for design and build of custom machinery, design and machining of custom tool and die, and production of parts via manuals and CAM equipment, like Mills, Lathes, and Grinders.
• Programming and integration of PLCs and microprocessors into existing designs.
• Must be well-versed in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Direct experience creating robotic work-cells.
• Knowledge of ANSI Y14.5-2009 standards and practices.
• MIL-STD-100 knowledge is desired.
• Will spearhead projects from design concept to tooling, process and machinery development, and production.
• Will be directly involved in client meetings to develop and select manufacturing processes / methods to meet requirements.

Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position.
