How you’ll spend your day:

• Assisting the project team in imagining, conceptualizing, and designing incredible lighting designs
• Participating in all aspects of the design process from concept analysis, R&D, engineered construction documents to on-site field verification – watching your work come to life!
• Enthusiastically assisting your team in presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Communicating with internal teams and stakeholders - ensuring projects are meeting expectations, staying on schedule and budget
• Helping to source materials from a large variety of manufacturers to find the best solutions for the project
• Dedicating yourself to professional development and excellence 

What you bring to the table:

• An undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and at least a year of professional experience working in an architectural or MEP firm with an emphasis on non-industrial commercial design
• Experience applying electrical engineering and lighting design principles to a variety of projects - luxury hotels, restaurants and other A+ grade interiors
• Advanced competency with Revit – and maybe some Autocad too
• Organized and capable of managing your time, tasks, and activities without daily guidance
• Naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind that can switch priorities quickly
• Exceptional personal, written and presentation skills - comfortable collaborating both internally and with clients and sub-consultant engineers
• An innate sense for quality client service, always responding in a timely and professional manner to both your internal and external stakeholders
