Integrated Design, Inc. (IDI) seeks a Software Developer to join their team. Applicants have their choice of working in office in Ann Arbor, Michigan or remotely.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; no sponsorship is available. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a thorough background check, credit check and drug screen.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: $90,000 – $100,000 annually based on your knowledge and experience. In addition, the position offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, prescription drug, flexible spending account, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, paid vacation and paid sick time.


  • Research and develop software applications.
  • Experiment with custom user interface flow and controls to improve overall usability.
  • Participate in application development to execute on product deliverables.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle: gather input from multiple sources with some guidance, perform analysis, design, code, test, and document software.
  • Work with user interface/design team to provide feedback and execute on a shared product vision.
  • Assist in creating and executing test plans for QA and manual testing.
  • Troubleshoot, test & maintain core product software/databases to ensure strong optimization/functionality.
  • Update core product software to use more current tools.
  • Monitor performance and metrics post-release; identify and drive improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical support to internal customers for application related issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3-5 years equivalent work experience demonstrating outstanding engineering talent proven by great results, interesting hobby projects, open-source contributions or superior academic results.
  • Experience in System Analysis, Product Development and Design or other related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET web-based solutions and development using .NET Framework, Visual Studio 2017, SQL Server, Web Services, Web API, and DevOps Server.
  • Experience with web technologies including, but not limited to, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Java, ASP.NET, C#, Web Services using JSON and XML, etc., along with working with Microsoft Internet Services (IIS).
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and in collaborative manner with colleagues and clients.
