Job Description:

  • The Maintenance Planner reviews all work requests and determines objectives of the jobs, develops detailed job plans including the labor (type and quantity), materials, tools, and work procedures for repairs, alterations, and preventative maintenance for the facility and all types of equipment.
  • Balances priorities, manpower, material, budget, and equipment availability to develop department and individual work schedules.
  • Responsible for all aspects of planning and scheduling work in a safe and efficient manner on a daily basis for up to 20 Mechanics and Electricians.
  • Provides Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) administration.
  • Relocation provided. $70K-$85K.

  • The Maintenance Planner will have a BS degree and 2+ years’ experience working in maintenance planning in a high-speed production environment to include discipline, training, and performance management.
  • Experience with a computer maintenance management system (CMMS), such as MP2 or similar system.
  • Must have demonstrated advanced skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
