WSP is currently initiating a search for a Civil CAD Designer (Transportation) for our Dallas, Texas office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing layouts, drawings and detailed sketches for transporation projects using MicroStation
• Coordinate with the roadway/civil team including engineers and other CADD techs
• Prepare minor mathematical calculations and quantity calculations
• Operate plotter to print developed drawings and other duties as assigned
• Be a team player and assist other groups if needed

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3 years of related experience in Transportation CAD production on PS&E projects.
• Experience with TXDOT or Local Municipalities associated with Transportation Projects.
• Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certificate
• Minimum of (3) years of direct experience with Microstation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Bentley OpenRoads, InRoads and/or Geopak
• Experience working on multiple project types ranging from traditional delivery to alternative delivery
• Experience with AutoCad Civil3D platfrom is a plus
