Role & Responsibility
  • Manufacturing Engineers make all that design and testing hard work a reality.  If you love working in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.  Our factories are where our equipment come to life, and you’ll have a hand in designing, modifying, and implementing processes to make that happen.  You may also get involved in capital projects to bring in the latest and greatest processes, systems, equipment, or materials to ensure our facilities are world-class.  With focus areas such as projects, welding, fabrication, and assembly, your chance to add to your engineering toolbelt is here.
Job Requirement

To be successful, you should have the following:

  • Strong mechanical and engineering skills and the desire to use them.
  • Knowledge of engineering software such as Creo, AutoCad, and MATLAB.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD files, and specifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in teams, but also be a self-starter.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel.

You’ll really grab our attention if you have:

  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience with Bobcat or other related equipment
  • Been in a leadership position or have experience influencing key stakeholders
  • Professional certifications and/or memberships

Requirements for our positions:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related Engineering field
    • Will accept Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Engineering Technlogy degrees for Manufacturing and Quality roles, not Test or Design.
    • Will cnsider non-Engineering Bachelor’s degrees for certain roles with relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Related, real world experience through a minimum of 1 internship or co-op position.
  • Up to 10% travel to other sites, vendors, suppliers, or trade shows.
  • Ability to support 3-shifts of operations.
