This company is a consulting civil engineering firm specializing in providing traffic and transportation analysis, professional engineering design services, GIS services, project management services, NEPA documentation, wetlands delineations, and public involvement services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing construction documents, writing reports and studies, resolving project design issues, coordinating with clients and staff, ensuring quality of work, maintaining schedules, and meeting budgets. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with marketing efforts and developing new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
  • Alaska PE license or able to achieve one within one year
  • Self-motivated and able to work individually or in group settings
  • Good oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Alaska Resident
  • AutoCAD  and general design software skills, including Civil 3D
  • Experience with State, Municipalities, or utilities
  • Marketing and business development skills
