About the job:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and resolving issues experienced by internal & external customers and teams as they use our platform. You will also support customer onboarding and technical integration efforts, ensuring that these activities are undertaken with attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally you will interact directly with customers and partners, and work closely with all parts of the company on a regular basis.    
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar technical support role 
  • A passion for software and technology
  • Critical thinking with an ability to maintain objectivity
  • Excellent communication skills; this role will interact with both non-technical customers and engineers, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic scripting and programming experience
  • Familiarity with browser-based applications and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTTP, REST and JSON
  • Working knowledge of SQL and querying database systems (MongoDB experience is a plus!)
