Searching for a civil engineer with BSCE, PE and at least 7 years of experience. Need engineer who can handle field walk downs, project scope, proposals, design, reporting, etc. Ability to work with clients and generate additional business with clients through providing excellent project engineering. Manage/mentor junior engineering staff. Handle projects for drainage, storm water, utility layouts, roadways, etc. AutoCAD, HEC RAS, etc. TDOT precerts are a huge plus here.
