Join a global leader as Corporate Facilities and Services Manager with multi site responsibility including admin buildings, laboratories, greenhouses, HSE and contract services.  Offers excellent benefits including salary, bonus, and relocation package.

- Must have knowledge and/ or experience in greenhouse operations
- Multi facility/ building management
- Strategic/ corporate services/ contract management experience

--- Bachelor degree with 10+ years experience in the area of facilities / buildings management in a commercial and/ or R&D environment (includes office buildings, utilities, laboratories, horticulture, greenhouses, HVAC, safety).
--- Working knowledge of greenhouse operations.
--- Experience with managing multi Site Services function.
--- Experience managing contracts and supplier contracts in relation to the provision of services to the site, including the related service level agreements and key performance indicators
--- Proven track record of managing critical contractor environments
--- Experience of managing and setting budgets
--- Excellent leadership skills with an ability to manage a team and stakeholders
--- Able to work legally in the USA without current or future sponsorship.


--- Manage the contracts for corporate and site level and oversee all the required services are being delivered to specification (security, engineering maintenance, cleaning, catering, heating, lighting, etc.)
--- Implement the facilities strategy that creates an environment where employees can contribute to their highest potential, delivering innovative contributions to the business in safe, efficient and most effective way.
--- Work with suppliers in a business partner relationship to continuously identify improvements to the service provided and areas where savings are made without reducing service quality.
--- Ensure all site activities meet internal and external legal, HSE, fiscal and compliance requirements and all corporate standards are understood and implemented.
--- Accountable for monitoring and maintaining the delivery of services by suppliers at a site level according to agreed standards.
--- Responsible for preparing and maintaining the site budgets, monitoring spending and accruals.
--- Review the supplier performance against the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the operations with the supplier and Area and/or Regional Lead.
--- Drive operational excellence and productivity improvement in the local site management in conjunction with Functional Business Partners and suppliers.
--- Manage standardize processes and workflow for contractors.
--- Manage performance output of third party contractors in accordance with KPIs and SOW.
--- Manage external business relations with community and government agencies
--- Periodically visit sites and engage with personnel and clients
--- Balance innovation projects to meet annual financial goals
--- Liaise with supplier organization, business partners, key internal stakeholders and external contacts to support the smooth delivery of the local operations.
--- Act as a member of the Site Leadership team where relevant.
