About the Position:
Finance Excellence, Manager, Process Excellence supports Process Engineering by identifying, validating financial processes and establishing new repeatable and efficient processes. Assists in identifying key performance indicators through process improvement initiatives. Responsible for assisting in the development of process enablers.

Reports to the Director, Process Engineering, and supports the design and establishment of Finance process standards and procedures to support the attainment of financial goals and requirements.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Responsible for assessing, testing through the simulation or review of steps in order to validate and establish repeatable and efficient processes.
* Evaluates ways to standardize process improvement opportunities.
* Partners with Governance and Risk to establish procedures and processes to reduce risk and provide recommendations to enhance finance process.
* Reviews and assists in the development of Plan to Perform process standards and enablers for U.S. Finance.
* Conducts research on industry process trends to ensure compliance.
* Responsible for following evaluation guidelines to assess standards, procedures and processes for automated tools that support financial goals and requirements.
* Leads process design projects and accurately documents supporting process flow. Partners with Controls Excellence for the proper documentation of standard finance processes.
* Responsible for process validation and documents findings to analyse effectiveness.
* Provides support of process communications by preparing presentations and leading process discussions.
* Responsible for preparing reports, analysis and identifying process efficiency recommendations.
* Partners with Director, Process Engineering and VP, Finance Excellence for review and sign-off on new processes or process revisions.
* Builds partnerships with NGUSA Process Excellence and Performance Excellence to standardize and ensure consistent process documentation globally.
* Creates process training for effective implementation and compliance.
* Partners with Change Management to analyse impact of changes and create a change plan to assist in successful process implementation.
* Ensures proper support to meet business requirements of financial and non-financial controls.
