Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the Embedded Systems Engineer will focus on integrating software, sensors, and electronic hardware for advanced system monitoring and test equipment. 

This person will be involved in the full product development lifecycle from design to maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4 year degree: BSEE, BSCS or equivalent
  • Software development experience in a Linux / Unix environment
  • Experience with embedded systems design and integration
  • Experience using electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, etc.)
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, DoD security clearance

PREFERRED:
  • Experience with electronic hardware design and troubleshooting
  • Experience with device driver software design and / or integration
  • Experience with object oriented software design
  • Experience with network configuration and monitoring
  • Microsoft Windows software development experience
  • Defense industry experience
