We are currently in search of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in the battery sector to become an integral part of our team, with a primary focus on engaging in international, multi-disciplinary projects across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will collaborate on engineering systems and processes specific to electric vehicles (EVs) and cutting-edge battery technologies. This role is tailor-made for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operating plants, design, or development projects related to EV production, manufacturing, engineering, or technology suppliers.

Role Summary:

As a Technology Specialist, you will assume the crucial role of a technology expert and process lead, actively contributing to our clients' investment projects. Key responsibilities include serving as a lead engineer, preparing proposals, conducting process modeling, fostering competence development, collaborating with global clients, participating in comprehensive studies, and delivering technical consulting services in the EV battery sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

5+ years of practical experience with batteries and/or battery materials in the context of EV.

Expertise in EV battery manufacturing, materials processing, and recycling.

Proficiency in energy and mass balance calculations, process simulation, and equipment specifications.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with experience in proposal preparation and management.

Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Proficiency in English.
