Rebol-Battle & Associates (RBA) is a Professional Engineering Consulting Firm serving the Florida Panhandle since 2003.  Drawing on a solid background of experience and achievement, we provide Civil and Environmental Engineering services for both the public and private sectors, specializing in land development, public works, military, and water/sewer utilities.  We address all facets of a project from conception to completion while understanding the need to produce quality work within budget constraints. 

The overall project team leader, Paul Battle graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and Masters Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Auburn University.  Paul is a Principal of the firm.  Throughout his 27 year career, Paul has performed work in the design and permitting of numerous projects involving commercial site development, residential land development, public works, military, and water/wastewater utilities. Paul provides the lead technical guidance and quality control for all engineering staff.  Paul is a registered Professional Engineer in both Florida and Alabama. Paul also holds license in 8 other states as well. 

Jason Rebol is also a Principal of the firm.  Jason has a diverse 28 year background in civil engineering and construction management.  Jason has extensive field experience which helps provide practical, cost effective design solutions for RBA’s clients.  His extensive knowledge of both the construction and engineering industries helps bridge the communication gap often encountered between the client, design engineer and contractor.  As a result, each project progresses with clear objectives and minimal delays. Throughout his career, Jason has been involved in the design of numerous projects involving public works, commercial site development, subdivisions, municipal aircraft facilities, stormwater facilities, wastewater collection systems and water distribution systems.
