We are a smaller rapidly growing firm conveniently located inside the heart of beautiful downtown Corvallis, Oregon. MSS has been family owned and operated since the 1970’s; becoming distinguished for our customer first project orientation, professional excellence and efficiency that’s rooted long-lasting relationships with our clients, local, regional, and distant municipalities performing work through-out Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Texas, and Alaska. We are also currently licensed in California and Hawaii.
