Modern Manufacturing Services, LLC is seeking a full-time dynamic Engineering Manager to join our manufacturing and assembly operations.
 
In this role, you will lead and develop the Engineering Department in the design and manufacture of new and existing products. This is a leadership role with significant opportunity for growth.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Engineering Department with successful and timely completion of projects.
• Hands-on design work.
• Communicate with Senior Management and direct all product design and assembly activities.
• Machine control system experience would be a plus.
• Ensure all work products are consistent with industry standards and in accordance with good engineering practices.
• Lead project teams as required and ensure project/product accuracy.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• 10 years engineering experience in a manufacturing and machine building environment.
• Management/leadership/supervisory experience preferred with BS/MS Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, 2D Cad, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects- plan, organize, and prioritize.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with other at all levels within the organization.
