IPF Power & Water invites applicants to apply for the position of Engineer I at the T.B. Simon Power Plant. The department is responsible for all aspects of operating the power plant and water works which provide electricity, steam, and water to MSU’s campus. The power plant is undergoing modernization with new energy technologies, including renewable energy, over several years as part of the MSU Energy Transition Plan to continue to reduce emissions, improve energy efficiency, and be more cost effective.  A new water treatment plant and water tower are under construction to improve water quality for campus and power plant use.
