Company Description:

Our firm provides Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Consulting Services to Multifamily and small commercial developments in Texas with the possibility of working in other states. All employees work remotely from home or Wework locations.

REQUIRED Education and Certificates:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas

Duties may Include, but are not Limited to:

• Perform analysis and design of multifamily or small commercial buildings or projects.
• Facilitate design of engineering plans from preliminary through construction phases.
• Review plans and specifications for compliance with local codes, standards and guidelines.
• Seal Plans and necessary document pertaining to project permitting.
• Communicate & Coordinate effectively and professionally with clients, project managers, internal personnel, and/or contractors.
• Keep projects on track by maintaining project schedules and meeting project deadlines in an efficient and timely manner.
• Attend project meetings and site visits to monitor progress of projects & ensure installations conform to design specs.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices in technologies, products and services.

• Oversee/mentor EIT .
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

Familiar with AutoCAD, Proficient in All Microsoft Office Applications
