Our typical candidates have Bachelors Degrees in either mechnanical, electrical, chemical, industrial and bio-medical engineering with experience ranging from 5 years up to 30 years. Our niche area is two-fold: Firstly we recruit engineers on senior, plant and corporate level for medical devices manufacturers, Secondly we recruit Quality and Regulatory specialist from Engineering level up to VP level. We specialise in hard to fill roles where experience such as injection molding, hot rolling, sterilization and process engineering is needed.
