Scheibe Consulting is a civil, water resources, and coastal engineering firm located in Austin, TX.  We provide planning, design, and construction phase services to clients throughout Texas.  About 75% of our work is public sector clients, with 25% being private clients.  Our projects are located in Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi, Rio Grande Valley, and throughout Central Texas.  Projects include street reconstruction, stormsewer improvements, regional detention ponds, dams, levees, coastal wetland restorations, coastal rookery island restoration, complex 2D hydrodynamic modeling (riverine and coastal), riverine H&H studies, and general civil design services.
