All Testing Specialists (ATS) was developed for designing and testing asphalt products for one asphalt producer. As time went on ATS went outside that single market and provided services for four other asphalt producers. ATS is providing design work, testing and consulting resources for these customers. ATS retains all of the equipment and qualified personal required to perform these services in a timely and efficient manner. While continuing to provide these services within the construction industry, it is seen the availability to increase our services and expand into further construction materials testing, therefore as of November 12, 2015 we changed our name to All Testing Specialists LLC.
Responsibilities and Duties
·   Manage and supervise the effective flow of work through the laboratory
·   Manage appropriate client expectations and communications
·   Work with Laboratory Manager to schedule laboratory personnel
·   Prepare proposals and bids for a variety of projects and customers
·   Consult with sales personnel on specifications
·   Mentor project managers on proper quality control procedures in the field
·   Consult on problem jobs
·   Aid GM in the preparation of the annual budget
·   Research and develop process for expanding the laboratory in different areas of testing i.e. concrete testing, soils testing
·   Perform Geotechnical Investigations, field inspections, and field sample collections as required
Qualifications and Skills
·   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering
·   Professional Engineer License in the State of Wisconsin
·   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·   Outstanding organizational skills to be able to multi task and achieve target dates
·   Ability to read schedules, plans, and proposals
·   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
·   Knowledge of construction materials industry
