Company Description:

We are a CNC Engineering company based in Hyde, Manchester and we are looking to employ a full time Multi Axis CNC programmer / Operator.  We operate a very clean workshop and all our machines are fanuc controlled.
Our ideal candidate will have a good down to earth attitude and have a hands on approach to getting all the jobs done. Ideally you will work towards being able to operate the entire workshop along with the other staff to manage the production queue with minimal supervision.
 
 
Essential

• Must be able to FULLY programme and operate Mori Seiki MT2000 5 axis Mill/Turn with MSG 501 control board
• Must be capable using all standard forms of metrology including calibrations
• Must be willing to learn Cam packages
• Must be capable of working to tight tolerances
• Must be quality conscious with all products
• Must be clean and tidy in all work areas

 
 
Preferable  :

• Ability to programme and operate Hardinge VMC 1000ii vertical milling machine (4 Axis)
• Able to programme and operate Nakamura TW series lathes (TW10 and TW20 onsite)
• Good all round materials knowledge would be an advantage
• Good all round engineering knowledge would be an advantage
• Fork lift licence
• Driving licence
