Company Description:

JOB TITLE:              PROJECT ENGINEER
 LOCATION:             Wayne, NJ
  
Pochet of America, Inc. is a luxury packaging company for the Fragrance and Beauty industry.  We manufacture glass fragrance bottles in France for distribution in the US.
.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Create, develop and design new fragrance bottles, glass beauty jars for our customers with our sales team and work directly with our factory and technical team in France.
• Communicate directly on the project with our customers.
• Launch and follow up the development of the project with subcontractors and co-partners (coating, pad printing, lacquering, metallization).
• Validate all components and final product from start to finish ensuring that the product and the process meet quality specifications..

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical Engineering)
• Must be creative; ability to design new products.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer dealing directly with customers.
• Proficient with CAD software.
• Experience in glass preferred but not essential.
• Capacity to work with multidisciplinary teams (example: production plant, outside subcontractors, suppliers, international subsidiaries in Europe).
• Strong creativity, communication skills, team player, autonomous, strong ownership in project management.
