Product Support Engineer should be experienced into Investigating and resolveing  issues, Product Regular mainteance (DB back up) Well versed with Linux commands Well Versed with Perl scripting, Cron Jobs Should able to Query Mysql, Mongo DB Should able design, deploy cloud infrastructure (ECS, SES, S3, CDN, Load Balancer, Clustering) Should have good understanding of networking Root Cause Analysis for complex bugs Application monitoring, analysis of log files and stack traces Web server configuration Responsible for Application deployment & Testing (PHP, JAVA, Mysql/ Mongo DB and Other middlewares) Should have sound knowledge in Apache and other web server (Nginix) Managing & Monitoring web server, DNS, VPN, Application monitoring tools such as Nagios Should have knowledge DNS, SMTP, SMPP configuration. Should be sound in back-end engineering techniques like Queing, Indexing, Caching, Batch processing. Sound experience in RDBMS, Clustering, DB Normalization and non relational DB (NoSQL/ Mongo DB).
