Principles are responsible for the management and development of assigned PPS projects or assignments. This includes providing assistance with all aspects of public water supply systems and wastewater collection & treatment systems including administration, operations, capital and management. Principals have full P&L accountability and are expected to develop and maintain a strong client relationship as trusted advisors across their assigned contracts. As advisors to senior utility leadership, PPS Principals require a solid understanding of Veolia’s technical know-how and utility operations best practices, but in addition Principals need to lead by example to continuously pursue significant performance improvements in the client organization through change management practices, leadership engagement, and role-modeling. PPS projects are delivered by small teams of dedicated PPS practitioners supported by a wide range of technical subject matter experts. Principals are expected to build and lead teams of high-performing individuals who deliver value to Veolia’s clients in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment 
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; an advanced degree and / or PE qualification desirable.
• 10+ years professional experience either as Project Manager, Division Manager or Regional Manager in utility operations or as Project Manager, Associate Principal, or Principal in top-tier strategy consulting firm, or have significant prior experience in PPS project delivery at Associate Principal or Implementation Manager level (e.g., as Workstream Lead or Deputy Project Manager)
