Multi-Faceted Project Manager Needed for Privately
Owned Santa Cruz, California Luxury Ranch
 
Experience in one or more fields will be required:
Home Construction, Luxury Properties, Hospitality, Facilities, Engineering, 
or Architecture.
 
The luxury ranch property is privately owned, covering 125 acres of the most beautiful and enchanting meadows and redwood forests to behold. The ranch has one large single family dwelling (11,000 sq.ft.) and several small guest cottages. 
This is a private ranch and not open to the public.
 
The owners are in need of a highly experienced person to hands on manage multiple high level renovations plus the day to day running of a ranch including:  conservation, mowing, tiny orchard oversight, trail management, household systems and service, large equipment management, providing detailed service records, and management of best in class subcontractors.
This ranch does not have large livestock or crops.
 
The Ranch has several day laborers that require daily management and triage of projects.
 
Our goal is to hire an uber proactive, high energy and enthusiastic Project Ranch Manager who fully understands  luxury / high net worth homeowner expectations, and will exceed those expectations with every project.
Must haves:  detailed focused, looking for the job of a lifetime, verifiable references, patience, exceptional computer skills, communications, team leader and multi-level project management skills.
