Founded in 1955, J.L. Richards & Associates Limited is a 200 person multidisciplinary A/E practice offering services in architecture, all core engineering disciplines and planning.  Within this structure, we provide clients with a fully integrated, single point of contact service for all project requirements, from needs definition, feasibility studies and concept designs through to detailed design and contract documents, permitting, project management, scheduling, costing and administration during construction.

Our primary fields of activity are buildings of all types, civil/municipal infrastructure and industrial and resource production.  Our emphasis is on a “total solution” approach from project inception to construction completion.  Having all core disciplines in-house allows us to balance and coordinate the many complex and interdependent requirements of a project design thoroughly, efficiently and with a common focus.
