Electrical/Mechanical Engineer *Primary Purpose:* This position will install, validate, and control all manufacturing processes in a Tier I manufacturing facility. Employee will be a member of an operations team whose primary focus is to provide technical support for manufacturing floor, drive improvements through innovation and manage capital projects. Employee must demonstrate the ability to build cohesive teams across all levels within the company.
	*Primary Duties:*

Coordinates with project teams in the design, structure, and functionality of plant automation.
Maintains and troubleshoots plant automation system network structure.
Develop and manage a system troubleshooting training program.
Reviews product and process designs for compliance and safety, adherence to company standards, customer contract requirements and to ensure timely completion.
Manage new equipment installation, validation and start up of plant expansion.
Reviews capital and revenue budgets on multiple projects.
Utilizes JCI PLUS methodology to manage multiple scopes of expansion.
Utilizes Six Sigma and Lean principles in order to address inefficient operations and workstations.
Position will require a flexible schedule to accommodate the installation of equipment, training of employees and general troubleshooting.
Develops, coaches and trains engineering, maintenance and operator teams on new processes and technology.
BSEE/BSME or Associates with 5-10 yrs. experience
