Tuthill Vacuum & Blower Systemsis a leader in the design and manufacture of high performance, reliable positive displacement blowers, mechanical vacuum pumps, vacuum boosters and engineered systems.  The Springfield, Missouri manufacturing site has been in service since 1969.

Our History

In 1996 Tuthill Corporation purchased the Kinney Vacuum Company (founded in 1907) followed by the purchase of Atlantic Fluidics in 1999.  In 2002, these operations were combined with Tuthill Pneumatics Group, manufacturer of the world-renowned M-D Pneumatics™ rotary blowers and vacuum boosters.  This integration of operations formed Tuthill Vacuum & Blower Systems (TVBS), the sole manufacturer of Kinney® and Atlantic Fluidics® brands of vacuum pumps.  M-D Pneumatics™ became part of the Tuthill family in 1988.

Since the creation of TVBS, it has expanded with two additional off-site service and repair facilities in Avon, Massachusetts, and Rancho Cucamonga, California, along with a fully equipped manufacturing facilitiy in Springfield, Missouri.
