If i were to want to go into mechanical engineering, what science should i choose?
AP Physics
AP Chemistry
AP Biology
i think physics can help you better where you study more about dynamics, energy, mechanical forces which will help you great in pursuing mechanical degree
Alex:
If I could only choose one of these, I would choose AP Physics. For Mechanical Engineers this is the most critical and most of the course work will develop directly out of what you learn in the study of Classical Physics and later Electricity and Magnetism.
If you have the time do not forget about Chemistry or Biology in that order. There are lots of courses in the Mechanical Engineering Curriculum that require an understanding of Chemistry including Materials and Combustion Engineer. If you are interested in Biomedical Engineering Biology will be helpful.

you should have all the three basically but less of biology.physics and chemistry and mathematics are the basics of engineering.application of them is what engineering is all about.maths is the language of mechanical engineering, physics and chemistry are extensions of fluid mechanics,thermodynamics,design-metallurgy etc.
