How long is a rotary screw air compressor designed to last in hours? Where can I get the data?

There is no reason that a properly maintained rotary screw air compress should not be able to operate for 10-20 years or more with proper maintenance. Without knowing the maintenance history of this particular unit it is impossible to provide you with a proper evaluation. Base on the number of hours of operation it looks like it has only been in service for about 1/3 the available hours and was under load for one sixth of the available hours.
You need to have some one competent in the review and evaluation of these types of machines to review it and provide you with a report. Just like getting one on the used car you want to buy.
