IIoT Platform Uniformance Suite performs visualization, prediction and controls actions.
With the birth of the Internet of Things (IoT), the need to access and visualize real-time information within an organization has become paramount for success. It is therefore a natural progression that companies like Honeywell Process Solutions, that have been offering customers automation control, instrumentation and services for industrial applications for years, will now offer Industrial IoT (IIoT) data management platforms.
As a result, it is not surprising to see the Fortune 100 company introduce a new fully integrated IIoT analytics platform. This new platform gives customers the ability to turn industrial plant data into actionable information based on their Uniformance Suite.

Honeywell’s new IIoT platform consists of four software solutions in the Uniformance Suite. These tools include:
- Uniformance PHD, which captures and stores real-time data for processes and events.
- Uniformance Asset Sentinel, which uses asset-centric analytics to detect and predict risks and opportunities.
- Uniformance KPI, which functions as a bridge between process intelligence and business decision making.
- Uniformance Insight, which enables users to contextualize and visualize information and apply analytics.
While Uniformance PHD, Asset Sentinel and KPI focus on collecting data and detecting underlying patterns for better decision–making, Uniformance Insight enables easy collaboration with others through a Cloud-based platform that features all of the data and KPIs in a single database.
“The Uniformance Suite is Honeywell’s analytics platform for digital intelligence and a big part of our Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) strategy,” said Ali Raza, vice president of HPS’ Advanced Solutions business. “The software suite provides powerful data analytics capabilities to enable customers to capture the data they need, visualize trends, collaborate with other users, predict and prevent equipment failures and act to make informed business decisions.”
