Hioki Memory HiCorder
Hioki released the MR6000 Memory HiCorder designed for waveform recording. It features 200 MS/s isolated testing, the ability to simultaneously measure up to 32 analog channels, real-time digital filter calculation and faster save times (1/10th the time required by legacy models.) Furthermore, the MR6000 includes the Memory Concierge option, allowing users to quickly search for the waveform they want to see.

Keysight Load Modules
Keysight Technologies introduced the 400GE QSFP-DD and CFP8 load modules. The 400GE line addresses a range of bandwidth requirements for areas such as cloud-scale data centers, Internet exchanges, co-location services, wireless infrastructure, service provider networks and video distribution infrastructure.
Some of the 400GE’s key features include a line-rate 400Gbps packet generation, capture and analysis of received traffic, latency measurement resolution at 0.625ns and RS-544 (KP4) forward error correction (FEC). The 400GE also provides Layer 1 BERT—eight independent lanes of 56Gb/s PRBS pattern generation and error checking over QSFP-DD, and 16 independent lanes of 25Gb/s PRBS pattern generation and error checking over CFP8.

Pico Data Logger
Pico launched PicoLog6, the latest in its series of data loggers. PicoLog6 is available for Windows, mac OS and Linux. Featuring up to four independent graph displays, Pico’s software lets users export data as comma-separated values (CSV), clipboard image or PDF format, and channels and graphs can be scaled using lookup tables or equations. PicoLog6 is designed with an improved database format that minimizes data loss and corruption.

Rigol Spectrum Analyzer
Rigol introduced the RSA5000 real-time spectrum analyzer, which delivers resolution bandwidth (RBW) down to 1Hz, a noise floor as low as -165dBm and a span sweep up to 1ms. In addition, the analyzer features up to 40MHz of bandwidth, a minimum probability of intercept (POI) of 7.45 µs, and seven visualization modes and triggering capabilities.
The RSA5000 uses a QuadCore processor and is built on a Linux operating system. It has a 10.1in capacitive touch display, supports a keyboard and mouse, or you can use traditional softkey and knob control. HDMI out allows the use of an external display and USB/LAN enable networking, programming, remote control and data sharing.

Zygo 3D Optical Profilers
Zygo released the Nexview NX2 and NewView 9000 3D optical profiling instruments. They are based on noncontact optical technologies for surface metrology applications in research, precision engineering, quality control and advanced manufacturing, including: consumer electronics, automotive, semiconductor, medical, nanotechnology and materials science.
Zygo’s optical profilers possess coherence scanning interferometry (CSI) technology and optical techniques that enable nondestructive and precise 3D surface area measurement, including step heights, roughness, film thickness and surface form on various sample types.
