PostProcess Technologies, a global provider of automated and intelligent 3D post-printing solutions, has been chosen as the preferred Support Removal Partner (SRP) by Evolve Additive Solutions. Evolve will integrate its patented Selective Thermoplastic Electrophotographic Process (STEP) Technology with PostProcess’s patent-pending Volumetric Velocity Dispersion (VVD) technology to offer a connected solution. Initial deployment will begin in 2021 as additive becomes a volume production solution as part of Industry 4.0.

Evolve has developed a leading production technology for additive manufacturing, now holding over 100 patents. Evolve selected PostProcess due to its data-driven approach that connects the digital thread and optimizes the end-to-end additive process. PostProcess Technologies will partner with Evolve through coordinated proposal efforts that will allow end customers to cost-effectively produce millions of additive parts annually.
