Designer Edge Image of the Day – 4-26-13 – NASA’s SDO Creates Incredible Video of the Sun

Over the course of the last 3 years NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) has been recording the ever evolving surface of the Sun. During the lifetime of this project NASA scientists recorded two partial eclipses and countless solar flares, while piecing together what might be the most spectacular view of the sun ever created.
