During a recent trip to Mintong Digital Mall in Shenzhen, China, Andrew “bunnie” Huang may have found the world’s cheapest cellphone. “Recently, I paid $12… for a complete phone, featuring quad-band GSM, Bluetooth, MP3 playback, and an OLED display plus keypad for the UI.
