Unhappy with his current mode of transportation, Vladamir Putin, President of Russia, has put it in a call for Russian car companies to create a new luxury car for his day to day use. The ZIL-4112P is powered by a 7.7-liter engine with a six-speed automatic transmission. According to rumors Putin was not pleased with ZIL’s design. Maybe it didn’t have seat warmers.
