CBC is using the software to improve visibility into production and downtime, with rollout support from Control+M Solutions.
Rockwell Automation announced that Custom Beverage Concepts (CBC) selected Plex Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to improve real-time visibility and reporting and support future production growth. CBC worked with Rockwell Gold System Integrator Control+M Solutions on the rollout.
CBC was looking to address issues including limited data visibility, production efficiency tracking and customized reporting. The company selected Plex to give operators real-time insight into production and downtime and to support more connected operations as the business grows.
Before the project began, the CBC team completed the Plex Boot Camp program. The company also used the Plex Education Portal to build familiarity with the system before implementation workshops, which helped the team prepare for rollout activities.
