Canada’s Leading 3D Printer Manufacturer Gets High Praise From MAKE Magazine

New DittoPro 3D printer gets a strong thumbs up from MAKE Magazine in their 2015 Ultimate Guide to 3D Printing

Tinkerine Studios, (TSXV: TTD and OTC Pink: TKSTF), is Canada’s largest manufacturer and distributor of 3D printers. Yesterday the company announced that their new DittoPro 3D printer won high praise by MAKE Magazine in the 2015 Ultimate Guide to 3D Printing.

The rigorous testing process by MAKE Magazine uses a series of multiple prints and tests designed to push 3D printers to the limits of their abilities. MAKE tested 26 consumer and prosumer grade printers and concluded that:

“The DittoPro is a great-looking machine with print performance to match. It scored as well as some of the best printers we tested, while far less expensive than most of them… we believe that the combination of good design and easy to use software would make it ideal for new users.”

Tinkerine is aggressively pursuing the education market via Tinkerine U (see web site) and recently launched a global pilot of their online education platform for teaching 3D Printing in schools. The pilot will run through January 31st and includes over 250 educators and administrators from around the world including: the USA, Europe, Asia, and anchored by 8 school districts in British Columbia, Canada.

With a great looking, robust, and competitively priced 3D printer now being introduced to a massive STEM/STEAM education market via a global online education initiative, I believe this is a company investors in 3D printing should watch closely.
