The PhotoView 360 beta has officially ended and the product has moved into its pre release phase. As part of that change PhotoView 360 will no longer be available as a separate download. Future versions of PhotoView 360 will be installed as part of the SW 2009 PR2 and later versions of the software. PhotoView 360 is now license activated and as such it is only available in SolidWorks Premium, SolidWorks Professional and older legacy versions such as SolidWorks Office and standalone PhotoWorks.

To report any issues encountered while testing PhotoView 360 Pre-Release:

1) Log into the SolidWorks Customer Portal.
2) Then select the link “Report SolidWorks 2009 Pr-1 issues.
3) Then select the link “eMail SolidWorks Technical Support”, which will generate an e-mail template that will contain the following: Summary, Description, and Impact.

Note: Please make sure that you add “PhotoView360 Pre Release” in the summary when submitting your PhotoView 360 Pre-Release issue.
