ASCENT Unveils 2023 Autodesk Courseware Roadmap

BALTIMORE, MD, Sep 9, 2022 – ASCENT, developer of professional training courseware and technical documentation for engineering applications, offers individuals, corporations, universities and Autodesk Training Centers over 45 new and updated titles in the annual Autodesk 2023 Courseware Roadmap. Key titles will be highlighted at the ASCENT booth (#CON341) at Autodesk University 2022 (AU), September 27–29 in New Orleans, LA. Jeff Morris, the current author of ASCENT’s Civil 3D guides, including two new titles: Autodesk Civil 3D: Essentials and Autodesk Civil 3D: Beyond the Basics, will be at the ASCENT booth to answer questions and offer his unique perspective based on his extensive industry and software experience.

“During this era of digital transformation, consumers of ASCENT products and services have many reasons for elevating their Autodesk software skills beyond the fundamentals,” says Paul Burden, director of product development for ASCENT. “Continued investment in professional development is a significant driver in attracting and retaining staff in today’s workforce that has more options than ever. Our learning content, delivered in multiple formats to fit the varying needs of companies and end users, forms the foundation of many projects we engage with companies on to create tailored learning solutions. We are excited to be back at AU and look forward to meeting with our customers to hear how professional development initiatives and an increased focus on employee experience has evolved their approach to learning.”

Civil 3D Guides for Every Learner

As a result of instructor feedback and the evolving features of Autodesk Civil 3D, ASCENT has split Autodesk Civil 3D: Fundamentals into two separate learning guides, Essentials and Beyond the Basics, to provide the specific information users need at various stages in their careers. For instructors accustomed to the full Fundamentals guide, ASCENT also offers the three-day Essentials and two-day Beyond the Basics guides combined into the longer five-day Autodesk Civil 3D: Fundamentals learning guide.
